TechSearch Inc, a Colorado S Corporation, has been doing business as Management Recruiters of Colorado Springs since 1982, when Jack Merriman and Jack Hoerner of the Overland Park office of Management Recruiters jointly purchased the Colorado Springs franchise. 

 Mark Merriman joined the operation as Senior Recruiter and on-site Manager in 1984, and upon the death of Jack Hoerner in 1986, Jack Merriman took sole possession of the company.  Mark and Jack ran the operation together for several years, until Jack's retirement in 1990.  Mark manages the office while continuing to run his successful desk providing recruiting services to the Gas and Electric utility industry.
